I did this sketch one evening while I was waiting for some eggplants/aubergines to roast (with olive oil, garlic and lemon juice). Just as I finished this sketch the timer went off and I toasted the bread, chopped up the Cuban oregano (a substitute for basil) ands some of the feta cheese (not actually feta but something close), added these to the eggplant and spread it on the toasted bread. Yummy.
