We’ve had a trusted Kenwood bread maker for years – which we have often used to make pizza dough. Recently we’ve managed to find some wholemeal flour (most supermarkets here only sell white flour) and have got back to making our own bread. This loaf of walnut bread turned out quite well. The one before it, which included sunflower seeds, flax seeds and dill seeds, turned out a bit brick-like!
