On Friday we visited one of my favourite places – the Sunshine Mall Plaza. Its a rather run down old mall, but with lots of little local shops and it has this great ukay-ukay shop that is crammed to the brim. An ukay-ukay shop is where secondhand clothes, bags, shoes and other accessories (often imported from North America and Europe) are sold at cheap prices. My wife was buying a dress – and got a fantastic one – while I did this sketch.
