At last I got outside – not far, but at least I got some fresh air. While I sketched this I listened to an Ajahn Brahm Podcast who was saying that when you pause or stop and meditate, the greens are richer. The pool was empty at first but by the time I finished it was full of noisy kids…I haven’t been swimming for ages because of blocked and infected ears.

What a wonderfully mindful moment you’ve captured! 🌿🎨 Taking the time to step outside, breathe fresh air, and let your sketch unfold while listening to Ajahn Brahm’s wisdom shows a beautiful blend of presence and creativity. The way you noticed the changing scene—from an empty pool to a lively gathering of children—highlights your attuned observation and appreciation for life’s small, dynamic moments. Even with the challenges of not swimming, you turned the experience into art and reflection, which is truly inspiring. 🌞🖌️💚
