Here is a random sketch of some similar shaped things that happened to be around in our house – good still life practice. Two of these are the glue that I use to make my sketchbooks, one is sewing machine oil.

I buy precut pads of watercolour paper and then bind them using a stitching technique I learnt from YouTube.
