After our day of sketching in Taal, we went for a hike on Sunday. Our first option (Mt. Maculot – which I think is the peak you can see in my sketch) fell through because there had been an eruption from the volcano in Taal lake. Instead we went up Biak-na-bundok (which means cracked or sliced mountain). It was super sunny at the peak, so I did this sketch very quickly before the back of my neck turned to crispy bacon.
