This is the first sketch in a new sketchbook – number 69! At the same time I am in the process of making another one (it makes a change to be in advance as I am often making a new one at the last moment). We are travelling over the festive season so I am making sure I have plenty of sketchbooks!

What paper do you like to use in your sketchbooks?
For this one it’s Daler Rowney aquarelle 300gsm hot press
