This is the last sketch I did at the Manila Central Post Office with #UskManila last Saturday. This statue appears in the first sketch I did, where he looks quite diminutive in comparison to the grand building. However he’s quite big close up. I did this one in a bit of a rush as we only had 30 minutes of our visit left – and maybe because of that made my usual mistake of not being able to fit my subject matter in!
