I think I’ve missed a day sketching because I am taking a while to recover from a cold – picked up on my flight from the UK, which seems to be something that always happens to me. Anyway I had a moment yesterday while waiting for some pasta to cook, to do a quick ink and watercolour sketch of the dish which was waiting to be filled.

Fantastic. How long did it take to boil the pasta, and how much were you able to draw/paint during that time?
Thanks! I think I did all of this before the pasta boiled…so it was a bit soggy by the time we ate!
