Here is a sketch I did on the weekend when we went to the local market for our veggie shopping. I also got some shoes repaired and while we waited we found a little coffee shop called “Rararich Café”. I like to sketch complicated scenes like this – with overlapping layers to give a feeling of depth… starting from the signs hanging on the glass I was looking through, then the bike leaning on the railings, the van, tree and fence and eventually a building and tree in the background. I hope it worked!
