68-2231 – The humble spud

How can a simple vegetable like the spud be turned into something as delicious as chips (or fries depending where you live)? We use the traditional method of deep frying in a pan of oil, but I know you can buy (safer things like) air-fryers and such like. These were left over from dinner last night…perfect for making a chip butty!
