Last week we drove up to Guimba in the province of Nueva Ecija to attend a colleague’s 60th birthday party. He held it at his farm resort and I sketched this after we had eaten lunch and there were various speeches being made. I have a habit of sketching half-inside half-outside views like this one – maybe I should focus on just one part of the scene.
