At last I managed to sit outside and sketch – the weather was good, I had the balcony to myself (it services two other apartments) and it was daylight! This is why the place I am staying is called “Town View Villas”…that is the town you can see. How lucky I am to be staying in a place where the town is mostly green!

Love it… as always! Being inspired by your art, yesterday I did a little painting of our kitchen window. 🙂 I’m practicing on fabrics now. It’s not a good painting, but I was quite proud of myself just for attempting it. 🙂
Thanks! I saw your barn painting – it looks great! I don’t paint from reference photos as you might have noticed…somehow I find them too flat, so I admire you for being able to do that
I struggle with painting from life, so I really admire you for being able to do that so easily and effortlessly. 🙂
