Here is the first sketch of several that I did last Saturday on our little weekend break in Lobo, Batangas. I knew that drawing this rattan chair would take a while…but it was a sort of meditative process that was actually quite relaxing.
Just in case anyone wonders, her feet are not on the statue (which would not respect Buddhist religion) it’s in the background.
