This drawing is of Grace Residences – a relatively new block of apartments built by SMDC (SM Dev Corp) in Taguig. This is just a small portion of a massive development of ugly brutal buildings….where their idea of decoration is just an enormous grey stripe! Not graceful at all. I did this in Uniball pen, watercolour, chalk pastels, graphite stick and acrylic ink.

There is — you wrote “tiger” — and now I am wondering — a meaning? A poet friend wrote a poem once about a tiger meditation that is all about beauty. Is there a real tiger meditation or did he invent it and this, a coincidence?
I meant to write “there is beauty”. Autocorrect got the better of me!
