Here is a sketch of a random bottle we have around the house. This is some kind of rice wine. I have tasted some really good rice wine in the provinces (home-brew with an actual rice farmer), but also some horrible stuff bought in here in Manila, that is really only good for cooking. I am hoping this will be one of the good ones.
