This is what I cooked tonight, along with a bell pepper casserole. The corn bread was supposed to have actual sweet corn in it, but I must have forgot to buy some, so instead I put chickpeas in it…I think it still worked…kind of.

Love the drawing and I never would have thought of adding chick peas to corn bread. Sounds like it might be good!
Well we had corn bread again the other day, but with actual sweetcorn in it…. It worked better than the chickpeas

Apart from the peppers there were onions, garlic, cheese and egg custard with various spices (cumin coriander and paprika)
