Here is my sketch for day 4 of #Inktober2021 following the prompt of knot. Longan is a local fruit, which apparently is a tropical version of the soapberry (which I have never heard of). They are a bit like lychee and according to Wikipedia, the name comes from a Cantonese word for dragon eye – because they look like an eyeball when shelled! Now I can’t get that image out of my mind.
