I did this sketch standing up, as quickly as possible, after having had dinner and before a late night (work) Zoom meeting. Sometimes faster is better, but I should also set aside some special time for sketching at leisure!

I agree about the speed thing! The landscapes I did rapidly, because my mood was just right, were my best! I just find it hard to keep the paintings balanced in the sense that they’re still skillfully done, although super quick 😂😛
