Last night I fancied eating one of the dragon fruit that my wife brought back from Tagaytay. Of course before I ate one, I had to sketch them. They really are that colour – and inside are an even deeper beetroot rose-red (though some have white flesh). If you’ve never tried one…well, they look great but don’t taste of much!
