That’s one motif, by the way, that no manner of spontaneity will allow me to paint. I began giving the dogs an apple treat now and then. Big mistake! I can no longer eat an apple without hearing a chorus of pleading canines wanting a taste. They love apples. So all the ends of all apple cores become doggie treats and soon — to stop their pleading! I have two dogs.
Haha. We only have a cat so no problem there!
Your method lets you be particularly sensitive to spontaneous things. Apple core in a glass — what an unusual and wonderful motif!
