Nice work! Your blog caught my eye because my Mum lives in Colchester – I live in the US but vacation in that area every year. We were in Bury St Edmunds only last summer! I am not really an urban sketcher, myself, but, I have done a couple of watercolours of Bury and area and pastel and Acrylic of Will Lott’s cottage in Flatford.

I’ve found, since I’ve been out of the country for so long now (20+ years) that I see it all with fresh eyes and slightly rose tinted specs 😉
