We’ve had this giant lemon squeezer for a long time (I think it was a present from my parents)…I always think it looks like some kind of robot. I drew this one while sketching and chatting with my on line friend @TheArtOfBeingPresent.

There is so much to like about this sketch: it is a novel self portrait, the colors are harmonious, and the cross hatched brushwork is a great way to capture the shadows.
