The #WorldWatercolorMonth subject for today (for the 23rd) was “alone”. This solitary lama (or alpaca maybe?) has been standing on our shelf for years and today we realised that we have no idea where we got it – after all we have never lived, visited or worked in South America. This is also my first sketch in my new Corona sketchbook – not coronavirus but Corona paper. It’s an incredibly cheap local watercolour paper – a bit yellow and it pills a little but otherwise it feels good!
