Today I had to abort a sketch started in La Mesa Eco-Park as it started to rain heavily. On the way home, feeling a bit damp, we stopped at a cafe for crepes and coffee. this is the view of the cafes over the road – done very quickly in watercolour, water soluble ink and watercolour pencils. The place called Chilli’n & Grilli’n is the one just out of the picture to the left…a catchy name!
