This was drawn yesterday at my daughter’s school summer fair – using watercolour, ink, chalk pastel and pencil. I struggled with this – so it’s a bit over-worked and perhaps there is too much going on. I still haven’t made up my mind whether I like the result.
To me it is so bold and colorful and to me it does not look overworked…..it feel like I am there, that says a lot.

You may not have made up your mind, but as soon as it came into view on my computer screen I could feel the “wow” forming. It’s so vibrant. Really makes me want to be at that place. I’m hoping everyone had a good time. Your drawing certainly sells the event, makes that summer school fair seem like a bit of paradise.
