1454 – Green tea and walls

Here is a little sketch done last night from my usual spot on the couch. The glass flask is what I drink my green tea from each day. My daughter claims the walls in our house are painted pale blue, but I see them as a blueish green…maybe one of us is colour-blind.

1447 – Anyone for tea?

Here is a quick drawing from last night – this is my wife’s personal teapot. It only makes enough for one – but has a little metal sieve in it so you can put in green or herbal tea leaves and keep topping it up.

1311 – Teatime

1245 – The tea room

This is where we had lunch on Saturday – a rather quiet (meaning completely empty) part of The French Baker Cafe at Pioneer Supermart. At one end of the room is this giant tea urn which looks like it’s never been used.

714 – A nice cuppa

Today the prompt on the Doodlewash May challenge is “Tea”. Sunday afternoon is the perfect time for a nice cup of tea – made in my reliable old teapot which I’ve had since I was a student!

#643 – Curves seeds

Here is the quick still life sketch I did last night while watching a movie. In the bowl are sunflower seeds which are my wife’s favourite evening snack at the moment. The glass flask is for drinking green tea.
