Here is a late night/early morning doodle I did while watching a movie – the TV screen is reflected in the window. This was done in ink wash, watercolour and pencil.

Day 174 – Bottle of beer
Late night drawing (ink and watercolour as usual) after a long day – relaxing and having a beer while watching Poldark! The bottle in this is empty of course. This might be my last post for a while as I will be traveling for work for two weeks. I hope I can keep up the sketching, but might not be able to post the results…at least not scanned versions anyway.
Day 172 – Night lights
Tonight just time for a quick doodle (in ink, watercolour and watercolour pencil) of the lights in the street outside my daughters bedroom. Hopefully tomorrow I’ll have more time and get out a bit – even if I do enjoy just drawing views around the house!
Day 158 – Night light from bedroom
Another late night drawing today – this one done very quickly in ink and watercolour pencils (plus a touch of chalk pastel), of the bedroom door!
Day 157 – Working at night
I only had time to paint just before bedtime today – luckily my favourite subjects were both still hard at work (offspring No.1 and my wife). This is done in ink, watercolour, watercolour pencils and graphite.
