1432 – My mug

This sketch was for the #HomeboundSketching prompt (for 27 May) of “something sentimental”. I’ve had this mug since I was at university – it belong to my room mate in first year and he let me have it as I used it so much. Now I am letting my younger daughter take it to University. Just for a change (and because I was lazy to fill my pen with ink), I used pencil to sketch this before the watercolour.

Here is a sketch of some of the new (to me) buildings at Bath University, done from the Lime Tree cafe, in pencil, ink and watercolour pencils. Visited Bath Uni for my daughter who might go there next year.
