This papaya ripened to a gorgeous orange colour – I just couldn’t resist painting it one evening. It tasted delicious too – we love to eat them chilled with a dash of calamansi.

#593 – Lunch on the last page
Yesterday I decided to draw my lunch before eating it. I think the pizza on the plate is clear – in the bowl is papaya. Comments are welcome! This is the last page of my current sketch book. Next I start on one I bought in Brighton.
