This morning we walked along the “Lavenham walk” and ended up back at the church to do some sketching. Someone has cut the churchyard bushes into perfect bun shapes.

Yesterday we went for a walk and then sketched in the square in Lavenham sitting on the benches. To the left is a cobblestone wall with a plaque dedicated to the 487 Bomb Group. In the background are some tea rooms.

#579 – Warty fowls
Last night we saw the New Year in with my parents…watching firework displays on TV and some episodes of Fawlty Towers…a classic British comedy. My sketch is of some of the decorations on and around the Christmas tree. Happy New Year everyone!
