Here is another sketch done at the place we stayed at in Laguna over the weekend. Most of my extended family had a competition to see who would get the highest score on the karaoke machine…singing the night away and most of the morning!

We are staying only one night at Balai Banahaw, and the main form of entertainment is Karaoke. For some of us this lasted till the early hours of the morning… not me though. I’m not much of a singer but I can appreciate the fun of singing your heart out – you just have to imagine you are in the shower and not care how you sound!

Here is a quick sketch of a random object in our house. My wife was given a pair of wireless microphones and a box to connect them to the TV, by our daughters as a present, sometime ago. Videoke and Karaoke are about the same – its just that with Videoke the singer is meant to be video recorded. So technically this is not actually a Videoke mic! Anyway Karaoke is hugely popular here in the Philippines – who doesn’t like a singsong every now and then.
