Last night I was following the #Inktober2020 prompts again – the subject being “wisp”. The only wispy thing I could find in our house was this feathered mask that we bought at the Dinagyang festival in Iloilo many years ago – surprisingly still one once piece after all this time. Dinagyang is a cultural and religious festival held each year in January – with massive street parties, dancing competitions and float parades.
