Here is my first #Inktober2019 sketch – I am several days behind! I bought this ring when I lived in Cambodia…I’ve always thought of it as an engagement ring and still remember buying it with my wife many moons ago.

1064 – Broken hand
This china hand was something I bought as a teenager (so that’s a really long time ago!) – I think it was supposed to be filled with sand and used as a book end…kind of odd but at the time they were popular. Unfortunately my daughter broke it the other day. She tried to glue it back together but I thought it made an interesting subject while still in pieces.

#588 – Trying my hand
Having had a go at my feet the other day, today I thought I’d try another difficult subject – hands. I don’t like to draw from photos so had to do this one handed. I am holding a flask of green tea…with sausage-like fingers!
