Here is a sketch that I started in the UK, but left unfinished because I didn’t have time to add the colour. I did this after our trip to Lyme Park and Gardens and despite being tired after driving back, I couldn’t resist sketching my daughters boots. I have been meaning to sketch these for ages.

Here is a quick sketch I did of my current set of fountain pens and the inks in each (I drew it with a UniPin fine liner). Starting from the left my pens are a Sailor Fude, a TWSBI “Eco T eggplant”, a Lamy Safari (with a fine nib), a Rotring “ArtPen” (with a fine nib) and a Cross fountain pen (which I don’t actually use for sketching).

Here is a little sketch of one of my fountain pens – made by Cross. It was bought for me by my parents and languished for a long time, not getting used. I have recently started using it, not for sketching, but for actually writing things down (not that I do a lot of that anymore in the digital age).

After the demise of my Sheaffer fountain pen (it blocked up and whatever I did to unblock it wouldn’t work) I rediscovered an old Parker pen that still works perfectly well. I thought it deserved a little sketch.
