After having had several months of attempting to recover from my frozen shoulder (still not really recovered yet), I have finally got back to doing some exercise. Having failed repeatedly to get up early and go for a run before it gets hot, I decided to go out at dusk and it worked out fine. These aren’t actually the shoes I was wearing yesterday, just some older ones that were repaired recently.

I haven’t been using this exercise bike as much as I should…I am not sure drawing it will encourage me, but its an interesting thing to sketch anyway. Perhaps I should try cycling and sketching at the same time!

Here is my first sketch from where I am staying in Turks and Caicos Islands. This time my apartment (rented on Airbnb) has an exercise bike in the living room! So I have no excuse but to cycle for ½ hour every morning.
