Here is another sketch for the #PantryArtProject. I am used to Asian eggplants – much slimmer and longer….the ones here are huge. I have got into the habit of calling them eggplants too…though it’s been mentioned a few times when I am in the UK that I have become Americanised as I should be calling them aubergines.
