On Saturday we bought a nice new bike for my wife – plus of course a helmet and various other accessories. I like to sketch to remember occasions and events, so of course I had to sketch her new helmet to remember the day. Hopefully in the not too distant future I’ll be sketching when we take a break on a long cycle ride together.

I haven’t been using this exercise bike as much as I should…I am not sure drawing it will encourage me, but its an interesting thing to sketch anyway. Perhaps I should try cycling and sketching at the same time!

Here is my first sketch from where I am staying in Turks and Caicos Islands. This time my apartment (rented on Airbnb) has an exercise bike in the living room! So I have no excuse but to cycle for ½ hour every morning.
